Light Brick A/S ("we", "us", "our") take our responsibility seriously and always have high ambitions. This Privacy Policy concerns collection, use and disclosure of information with Light Brick A/S as the data controller.

The purpose of our Privacy Policy is to give you knowledge of how we process information about you. We are highly focused on processing any personal data with care, trust, and respect.

2. Our General Principles of Data Processing

As we are obligated to update our personal data, we will continuously ensure that your data processed by us is correct and updated.

We might choose to add information from other databases to your personal data to ensure that your information is correct and updated.

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary to serve the purpose for which they are processed.

3. Collection of personal data

We collect your personal data when you contact us via email or phone, through our website, or we otherwise process an inquiry from you.

The personal data we collect may include your name, email address, phone number and similar identification data.

In connection with the submission of your data it will always be stated whether the submission is voluntary or necessary for completing the desired action.

4. Information we collect through third parties

We use Unity Analytics by Unity Technologies in some of our games to collect data when you play, which we use to improve the experience. Unity has collected device information, like IP address and device identifiers, as well as events completed or actions taken within the game, including:

  • What levels you play

  • Time spent to complete a level

  • Your ability to complete levels

  • How frequently you play

  • Sharing: What you choose to share, and what service you use to share it with (but not who you share it with)

  • Purchases: Any purchase made by you

Using Unity’s systems, we have ongoing access to this data. Other Unity customers may have access to aggregated reports about game activity in general across a number of games. These reports are based, in part, on your game activities, but do not specifically identify you or your device. The reports described in this paragraph help developers make decisions on optimal methods to run the games they have made for you. For example, the developer may need to know the types of devices running the game to determine how to support game updates on an ongoing basis. 5. Sharing of personal data with other data controllers

We do not share your personal data outside Light Brick A/S except in limited cases, such as:

  • If necessary and only to the extent necessary to handle your inquiry, or if you have given your consent

  • To observe statutory rules or otherwise if we believe that forwarding is required by law, e.g. to observe a writ of summons or a similar legal process;

  • To observe an agreement with you

6. Your rights

You are at any time entitled to access the personal data, we process about you, but with certain legislative exceptions. You also have the right to object to the collection and further processing of your personal data including profiling/automated decision-making. Furthermore, you have the right to have your personal data rectified, erased, or blocked according to the rules. Moreover, you have the right to receive information about you that you have provided to us, and the right to have this information transmitted to another data controller (data portability).

7. Deletion of personal data

We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process them in relation to one or more of the purposes mentioned in item 4. However, the data may be processed and stored for a longer period in anonymized form.

8. Data security and integrity

The security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data is very important to us. We have established technical, administrative, and physical precautionary measures that are intended for protecting personal information from unauthorised access, transfer, use and change.
